Remodeling your home can be exciting as well as add value to your home and comfort to your lives.  It can also be a big undertaking and many homeowners choose to hire contractors to complete the work efficiently and correctly, but even contractors can have disaster strike.  When this happens, they call the experts in the science of drying, SERVPRO of Alachua County West.  As seen in the before photo, we utilize the tools on the forefront of our industry not only to expedite drying, but also to lessen the costs incurred.  This photo is of a drying mat used to dry concrete that brand new vinyl plank flooring just installed over when another contractor cracked a pipe overhead.  By using this drying mat we were able to dry it out in days minimizing wicking into the walls and leaving the floor dry, as seen in the second photo for flooring to be reinstalled.  This mat drying system is just another way we make it "Like it never even happened."
