Time is of the essence when it comes to water damage.

When you have water damage to your home or business it can be overwhelming, and if you have never experienced it before your next step may be a mystery.  All damage is overwhelming, but some building materials, such as wood flooring, can be time sensitive if you are going to save your building materials.  The before photo is the hardwood flooring of a local home that has been flooded due to a slab leak.  They called SERVPRO of Alachua County West as soon as the water was discovered and as shown in the after photo we were able to extract the standing water, set up drying equipment, and save the expensive flooring.
