Hurricane Irma floods local Creativity Lab
Many people think that if you are in the middle of the state of Florida in a major college town that the flooding affects of a hurricane are minimal. As many residents and businesses discovered in the latter part of 2017, the affects of a direct hit hurricane leaves no areas unscathed. The before photo is of a flooded hallway in a local museum creativity lab funded by local founder of a popular sports drink tested on the local college team. Those halls were not thirsty when Irma left, and the after photo shows that SERVPRO of Alachua County West was there to suck up the water and repair the structure to begin re-build.
